FREA and NDCdata, its affiliates and licensors collect information Users submit during your registration. We use standard internet technologies, such as cookies, on our websites and emails. In addition, we use the information you submit to provide you with the services you request. We do not share your information with, or sell information, to other companies or marketers. We may only share User information with vendors our Company has hired to provide additional services or assist in marketing communications.

Emails regarding updates, maintenance, and terms will be sent to all Users, regardless of preference
to not receive marketing communications.
Payment Terms:
All Payments for Service must be paid by the date and terms specified in the terms of the Service in question. The User agrees to provide FREA and NDCdata with current and accurate payment information. FREA and NDCdata reserve the right to Terminate service should payment not be made. In addition, late fees may be applied. If service is cancelled or deactivated, reactivation fees or waiting periods may also apply. Please review Service (website)-specific terms for official dates and details.
Refund Policy
FREA and NDCdata will issue refunds only if cancellations are requested in accordance with the dates and requirements specified in the Terms of the Service in question. FREA and NDCdata company will not issue refunds if the cancellation request does not adhere to those Terms. If discounts were applied to a policy or data service, and the account is cancelled within the year term, the User will owe FREA and NDCdata the difference of the remaining amount.
Cancellation Policy
Users must submit a request in writing to Cancel Service. All accounts will remain active unless otherwise requested. Any pending payments at the time of cancellation are to be paid to FREA/NDCdata company for Services.
FREA and NDCdata reserve the right to terminate Service for any violation of the terms of the license agreement.
